Gosh, another thing I forgot to mention was that the show made a point to show us that Eric Stoltz starred in Back to the Future. While I was watching the show, I thought that there must be some truth behind this. According to imdb.com:

"He was cast as Marty McFly in Back to the Future (1985) after Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale were unable to get Michael J. Fox, their first choice for the part due to scheduling conflicts. After filming for six weeks, he was let go from the film because Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale felt he was "too intense" for the character. Michael J. Fox, who was then available, took over the part."

More proof, in my opinion, that this was an excellent episode.

Edit: Here's another question. How did Walternate and his wife deal with the fact that their son was stolen? Did Walternate figure out what happened? Are we going to find out that the goons trying to cross over to this universe are from Walternate, in an attempt to regain his son?

Turns out, I'm in love with A.D. Skinner -- I hear he's got a bigger flashlight.
